Based on the methodology and content of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, weekend retreats are conducted in an atmosphere of prayerful silence and include Scriptural prayer, daily Mass, generous amounts of time for prayer and personal reflection, Spiritual Direction, Reconciliation and a Healing Mass. Each retreat weekend focuses on a different theme and is designed to help you discover God’s flame within. Silence is maintained between individuals and during meals so that each retreatant has time and space to connect deeply with God. Weekend retreats are offered for men and women. Some weekends are for both men and women. A typical weekend retreat at Loyola begins on Friday evening with dinner at 6:00pm and ends on Sunday after Mass and lunch around 1:00pm. Mid-week retreats are also sometimes offered and follow the same format as a Weekend Retreat. Scroll down to see all our weekend retreats.
