From time to time, we all suffer from anger, shame, grief, fear, and loneliness. These emotions can taunt us into negative behaviors with ourselves and others. We can also transform these emotions into a positive lifestyle. During this week-end retreat, we will examine these emotions as they show themselves in our behaviors. We will then observe them as a conduit to deepen our relationship with God and to understand ourselves and others. We will also receive graces through private prayer, the Liturgy, and the sacraments of Reconciliation and Healing.
