Ignatian spirituality is known for its insistence that God can be found in all things. It’s important to note that we don’t find God [because God isn’t somehow lost or missing] as much as we find God finding us. For Christians, God isn’t a “divine clockmaker” who created our world and then went away. No, Emmanuel – God with us – is closer to us than we can possibly imagine. The retreat will examine several areas of Ignatian spirituality so that we can better discern how to allow God more intimately into our lives.
